Investor Relations (IR) is the range of activities through which a company relates to, and communicates with, its current and potential investors. The key objective of any IR program is to keep the capital markets audiences informed of developments that may influence the value of the company. It should also provide the company with useful feedback from the financial community for support for the IR program as well as Board level strategic decision making purposes.
