Meet the team:
John Exley: CEO
John R Exley III has been in the financial industry for the last 16 years. During
that time, Mr. Exley was the owner of multiple OSJ's for different regional Broker
Dealers. As a registered Representative, he was responsible for training the sales
force and he was the number one producing representative out of 690 Brokers for 9
out of the last 11 years. When starting Acorn Management Partners, he realized
the inability of most Investor Relations Companies to execute their duties mainly
because of the basic lack of understanding the Financial Markets (Global,
Institutional, Broker Dealers and Registered Reps) and the seemingly disregard of
the current shareholder base. Mr. Exley put together a team of professionals with
extensive market knowledge and contacts around the world that clearly understand
the goal of investor relations and how to achieve that goal. Mr. Exley attended
Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
Greg Lowe: President
As President of Acorn Management Partners in Alpharetta Georgia, Gregory S. Lowe has
worked in the financial sector, as a license financial advisor and Senior
Vice-President within the brokerage industry for over 17 years. Gregory has
developed and managed Private Client Services as well as handled Institutional
accounts for several regional firms. After watching the markets evolve over the
years Gregory could see that the Investor Relations Industry was not evolving at
the same pace. Gregory is using his knowledge, experience, and work ethic along with
his partners to create a new perception of what investor relations should be.

The Chasson Group Bio:
The Chasson Group, established in 2005 by a group of Wall Street veterans, carries a
diverse background which includes Investment Banking, Sales, Trading, Mergers and
Acquisitions. This success emerged from the company’s ability to operate as a small
shop, unlike the much larger competition. By operating in this capacity Chasson has
been allowed to work with a broader range of companies at varying stages of growth.
Chasson Group, with its vast network of contacts is able to help both private and
public companies obtain capital, strategic partners or banking relationships. The
company has the ability to be nimble and act with the utmost discretion. These
qualities can ensure a timely working capital with little to no market or business
impact.
From these roots Chasson has shown significant growth, yet still maintaining the small
firm feel. This growth allows for additional services inclusive of investment
solutions for mature companies to help manage cash flow and the ability to self
finance.
