Senior Vice President

Zack Exley is the Senior Vice President of Sales at Acorn Management Partners, where he brings a ground-up understanding of broker distribution, project management, and structured outreach to help public company clients turn strong stories into long-term market support. With a Business Administration background from Florida State University and six years across nearly every role at Acorn, he combines operational depth with a clear, metric-driven approach to sales leadership from the firm’s Sarasota office.

Zack began on the broker distribution side and later moved into Project Management, giving him firsthand insight into how advisors think and how Acorn’s process is designed, executed, and held accountable experience that lets him lead with both strategy and empathy while keeping teams focused on what truly moves the needle for clients. A former football and baseball player at IMG Academy who was nationally recruited with plans to play in college before an injury changed his path, he brings a resilience and team first mindset shaped by high-level athletics. Outside the office, he enjoys golf, fishing, time in the mountains or at the beach, collecting sports cards, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs ”Go Dawgs” as he prepares to step into fatherhood with the same dedication he brings to his work.
